Fees and Services

  • Food orders are based on a per guest rate according to the items you order. Some food items prices may vary in accordance to market fluctuation. 

  • Service charge of 20% is additional—this charge covers administrative hours, insurance, use of platters, serving pieces, and equipment used for your party. 

  • Sales Tax of 9.25  If you are tax-exempt we require a tax identification number. 

  • 20% gratuity on events larger then 6

  • We require a 40% non-refundable deposit upon agreement, and the balance is due upon completion of the event/party. 

  • Now accepting credit cards! A 3.5% service fee will apply with all credit card swipes.

  • Drop off items: There is a $50.00 delivery fee.

What We Provide

Dish Catering is a “Gourmet Catering Service.” We provide foods made fresh to order. We provide you with professional staff, equipment, exceptional customer service, delivered to your event. We do all the work - you enjoy the party.

Labor Rates

Our staff is fully-trained and professional. There is a 4-hour minimum for all labor. Rates are per hour; gratuity is not included and is completely optional. Overtime and holiday rates may differ. A full clean up after the party is standard.

Staffing Requirements

This chart outlines the approximate amount of staff needed to provide proper service. Staff may increase or decrease depending on the degree of service required for each event. These are recommendations for Dinner Buffets, Weddings, and Cocktail Parties. Plated dinners require additional staff.
